Repeal of President's Act 9 of 1951

The Punjab Abolition of Ala Malikiyat and Talukdari Rights Act, 1951, (President's Act 9 of 1951), is hereby repealed but, notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken in the exercise of any power conferred by or under the said Act or the rules thereunder shall be deemed to have been done or taken in exercise of the powers conferred by or under Act as if this Act was in force on the day on which such thing was done or action taken.
