Annual verification of the register

The President of the Board shall cause the register maintained under section 21 to be scrutinised every year, carry out such modifications and alterations as may be necessary and shall submit a list thereof to the Commissioner within two months from the expiry of that year and the Commissioner shall append the list to the copy of the register in his custody.
