Protection of acts and orders

All acts and orders duly and in good faith done or passed by the Board, or any of its authorities, bodies or officers shall be final and accordingly no suit or legal proceedings shall be instituted against or maintained, or damages claimed from the Board or its authorities, bodies or officers for anything done or passed in good faith or in pursuance of the provisions of this Act and the rules and regulations framed thereunder.
