The Puducherry Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Act, 2003(1) A person appointed to the post of Chairman shall, subject to the provisions contained in section 15, ordinarily hold office for the entire period of his tenure unless removed from office by the Government on specific proven charges involving moral turpitude or disgraceful conduct or actions detrimental to the interest of the Board.
