Protection of acts and orders

No suit or legal proceeding shall be instituted against, or damage claimed from, the University or its authorities or officers, for anything which is, in good faith, done or intended to be done, or for any order passed in good faith, in pursuance of this Act, the Statutes, Regulations or the Rules.
