Chapter VII FILLING UP VACANCIES, REMOVAL ETC. OF MEMBERS OF THE AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY
Statutory text
No act or proceedings of the Board, Academic Council or any other authorities of the University shall be invalid merely by reason of any vacancy existing in the authority performing the act or passing the proceedings.
