Constitution of Standing Committee.

There shall be a Standing Committee consisting of the following members, namely; (a) Minister, Harijan & Tribal Welfare: Chairman (b) Five members of the Orissa Legislative Assembly: Members to be elected in such manner as may be determined by the Speaker. (c) Chief Secretary to Government: Member (d) Secretary to Government, Home Department: Member (e) Secretary to Government, Harijan & Tribal Welfare Department: Member Secretary Provided that on issue of a proclamation under Article 356 of the Constitution of India, the composition of the Committee may be altered by the State Government to such extent as they deem fit.
