Statutory text
(1) This Act may be called the Orissa Reservation of Vacancies in Posts and Services (for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Act, 1975. (2) It shall extend to whole of the State of Orissa. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint on that behalf.
