Statutory text
(1) This Act may be called the Orissa Protection of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Interest in Tress Act, 1981. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in that behalf.
