Registers to be made over

Statutory text
Every Muhammedan Registrar shall keep safely each register until the same shall be filed, and shall thereupon or earlier if he shall leave the district or cease to hold a licence make over the same to the Registrar of the District for safe custody, or to such other person as the Registrar may direct.
