AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE VOLUNTARY REGISTRATION OF MUHAMMEDAN MARRIAGESAND DIVORCES INTHE STATE OF ORISSA.
WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the voluntary registration of marriages and divorces among Muhammedans in the State of Orissa;
It is hereby enacted as follows :
