Salary to the Secretary and allowances to other members

(1) There shall be a Secretary to the Board who shall be appointed by the State Government. He shall be paid out of the Homoeopathic Fund, hereinafter constituted, such salary and allowances as the State Government may fix in this behalf. Other conditions of his service shall be as may be prescribed. (2) The salary, allowances, pension and provident fund to the extent required by the rules for the time being in force shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund of the State in case the Secretary is a Government servant. (3) The President, Secretary and the members shall be paid such travelling allowance as may be prescribed. (4) No member shall receive any pay or special pay as a member or President.
