PREAMBLE AN ACT TO REGULATE THE TEACHING AND PRACTICE OF THE HOMOEOPATHIC SYSTEM OF MEDICINE IN THE STATE OF ORISSA Whereas it is expedient to provide for regulation, teaching and practice of the Homoeopathic system of medicine in the State of Orissa; It is hereby enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows :
