Statutory text
(1) The Nalini Devi Women's College of Education (Taking over of Management) Ordinance, 1991(Orissa Ordinance No.3 of 1991) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal under Sub-section (1), anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
