Rules

Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely: — (qq) the admission of students to the University and their enrolment and continuance as such; (rr) the courses of study to be laid down for all Degrees, Certificates, Charters and other academic distinctions of the University; (ss) the award of Degrees, Certificates and other academic distinctions of the University; (tt) the accounting policy and financial procedure; (uu) the conditions of the award of fellowships, scholarships, studentships, medals and prizes; (vv) the conduct of examinations and the conditions and mode of appointment and duties of examining bodies, examiners, invigilators, tabulators and moderators; (ww) the fee to be charged for examinations for Degrees, Certificates and other academic distinctions of the University including the revision thereof; (xx) revision of fees; (yy) alteration of number of seats in different courses and programs; (zz) the conditions of residence of the students at the University; (aaa) maintenance of discipline among the students of the University; and (bbb) any other matters not specifically provided in the Statutes.
