The Board of Governors and its powers

(1) The Board of Governors shall consist of the following members, namely:- (g) The Chairman; (h) The Vice-Chairman; (i) The Vice-Chancellor; (j) Five persons nominated by the Society who shall be eminent scholars, educationists, industrialists, technologists, artists, doctors, public servants or persons of repute ; (k) Two experts nominated by the State Government; (l) One member of the Odisha Legislative Assembly nominated by the Speaker in consultation with the leader of the House and the leader of opposition; (m) The Secretary to Government, Skill Development & Technical Education Department, who shall be the member ex officio; (n) Two Deans of the University by rotation, to be nominated by the Chairman; and (o) One expert of Finance to be nominated by the Chairman.
