The Managing Committee

(1) The Managing Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:— (a) the Vice-Chancellor of the University who shall be the ex-officio Chairman; (b) the Registrar of the University ; (c) two members of the Board nominated by the Sponsoring Body; (d) three persons, who are not members of the Board nominated by the Sponsoring Body; and (e) three Deans nominated by the Vice-Chancellor. (2) The powers and functions of the Managing Committee shall be such, as may be prescribed. (3) The term of office of the members other than the ex-officio members shall be three years.
