Chapter 2 THE UNIVERSITY
Statutory text
The University shall seek, obtain and retain accreditation from respective national accreditation bodies and be subject to relevant provisions of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and the Regulations or Guidelines made thereunder, from time to time, relating to private Universities.
