Chapter 4 RULES AND REGULATION
Statutory text
- (1) The first Regulations shall be made by the Board, and shall be submitted to the State Government for its approval, which may, within six months from the date of receipt of the Regulations give its approval with or without modifications.
- (2) Where the State Government fails to take any decision with respect to the approval of the Regulations within the period specified under sub-section (1), it shall be deemed to have been approved by the State Government.
