Issue of final Patta

When all such objections and appeals have been disposed, of, the Revenue Officer shall make such alterations in the preliminary Patta as may be necessary to give effect to any decisions made under section 7 whereupon the Patta shall be final and shall be issued to the assessee by the Revenue Officer.
