Right of owner or occupier to obtain sewer connection

The owner or occupier of any premises shall be entitled to empty sewage of the premises into a sewer of the Board, provided that, before doing so, he :-

1. (a) obtains written permission of the Board and pays connection fee and other charges in accordance with the byelaws ; and
2. (b) complies with such other conditions as may be provided in the bye-laws.
