The provisions contained in Sections 85,86,87,87-A,88,89,90,91,92,93,94,95,96,98-A and Section 101, shall mutatis mutandis, apply to charges (including any variations thereto) created in favour of a Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank.
