Funds of Grama Parishad

Statutory text
(1) Every Grama Parishad shall have a fund into which shall be credited all sums and moneys received by it. (2) The fund shall be administered by the Grama Parishad in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules and the regulations made thereunder.
