AN ACT TO AMEND THE ORISSA GRAMA PANCHAYATS (POSTPONEMENT OF ELECTION) ACT, 1990.

BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Forty-first Year of the

Republic of India as follows:-

Short title and commence ment. 1. (1) This Act may be called the Orissa Grama Panchayats (Postponement of Election) Amendment Act, 1990.

1. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 28 th day of May, 1990..
