Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Odisha Forest Produce (Control of Trade) Act, 1981. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Odisha. (3) It shall come into force in such area or areas and in relation to such forest produce and on such date or dates as the State Government may, from time to time, by notification, specify in this behalf.
