Stamped weights, etc., to be presumed to be correct

A weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument duly stamped under the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder shall be presumed to be correct until its inaccuracy is proved, if this is produced in any court by an Inspector having charged thereof or by any person acting under the general or special authority of the Controller.
