Prohibition of manufacture etc. of weights and measures without license

No person shall, in course of trade, manufacture, repair or sell any weight or measure or any weighing or measuring instrument, unless he had obtained in the prescribed manner a license in this behalf from the State Government or any officer authorized by such Government.
