Power and duties of Police in respect of offences and assistance to Authority.

Every police officer, mauzadar or officer of the Local Authority shall give immediate information to the Authority of an offence coming to his knowledge which has been committed under this Act, or against any rule, made under this Act and shall be bound to assist all members, officers and servants of this Authority in exercise of their lawful authority.
