opposition, Deputy Speaker, Parliamentary Secretaries and other members of the Nagaland legislative Assembly and pension for Ex-Member (first Amendment) Act, 2010.

Insertion of a new clause to section 1

Afterthe existing section 1 clause 1-3 another clause shall be inserted, namely: (4) The Amendment shall have effect fiomthe date of Governor gives his assent to the bill.
