Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Nagaland Road Safety Authority (Second Amendment) Act, 2024.
- (2) lishall extend to the whole State of Nagaland.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government, by a notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
