  2. 1. Short title and commencement:

  23. 22. Accounts. The accounts of the Fund shall be maintained by the Road Safety
  24. 23. District Road Safety Committee to submit reports, ete. Every District Road
  25. 24. Road Safety Commissioner shall submit a consolidated report to the authority, annually.
