Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Nagaland Police Enhanced Disciplinary Powers Act, 1963. (2) It extends to whole of Nagaland and applies to all members of the Nagaland Police Forces and the Nagaland Armed Police Battalion wherever they may be serving. (3) It shall come into force at once.
