Shorttitle, extent and commencement
1. (I) ThisActmaybecalledtheNagalandMunicipal(SecondAmendment)Act, 2007.

- (3) Itshallbe deemedtohave comeinto forcewitheffectfiomthe 3O'August, 2006.
