Medical attendance and treatment

A member shall be entitled free of charge to accommodation in hospitals maintained or approved in this behalf by the Government and also to free medical treatment. Explanation- For the purpose of this section ‘member’ shall include his wife, his children, step-children, minor brothers and sisters and parents wholly dependent on him.
