In this Act and for the purpose thereof “Member” means a member of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, other than the Speaker or Deputy Speaker of Assembly, a Minister, a Minister of State, a Deputy Minister, a Parliamentary Secretary to the Government of Nagaland.
