Conferring and grating or issuing Diploma Licence etc. By unathorised person or institution and penalty thereof

1. No person other than association or institution recognised or authorised by the Board under this Act shall confer, grant or issue any degree, licence, certificate or other document stating that the holder, guarantee or recipient is qualified to practice the Homoeopathic System of Medicine. 2. Whoever contravenes the provision of this Section shall be punishable with fine which may extend to Rs. 1000/- (rupees One thousand) only.
