Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be caRed the Nagaland Fire and Emergency Service Act12021 (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Nagaland. (3) It shall come into force in any area on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.
