Prohibition against practicing any profession or drawing salary as Minister during the tenure of office as Deputy Speaker

The Deputy Speaker shall not during the tenure of his office for which he draws salary and allowances- (i) practice any profession or engage in any trade or undertake for remuneration any employment other than his duties as Deputy Speaker ; or (ii) be entitled to any salary or allowance as a member of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly.
