Short title, extent and commencement:
- (1) This Act may be called the Nagaland Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2006
- (2) It shall extend to the whole State of Nagaland.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette appoint.
