Power to make Rules.

Statutory text
(1) The State Government may make rules to carry out the purpose of this Act. (2) All rules made under this Act shall be paid before the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, as soon as may be, after they are made and shall be subject to such modifications as the Nagaland Legislative Assembly may make.
