1. (1) Whc ro the MD is satisfied that the books and records of a Market Cnunittee are

likely to be suppressed. tampered with or destroyed. or the funds and property of Market

Committee are likely to be misappropriated or misapplied, the Managing Director may order for seizure and taking possession of the record and property of the Market Committee.
