Statutory text

(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act.
(2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:- a) sitting allowance of the Chairperson and members of the Commission for attending the meeting of the Commission. b) entitlements of Chairperson and members of the Commission. c) manner of maintenance of record of financial transactions d) manner and timeline for submission of annual reports.
(3) Every rule made under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the Legislative Assembly of Mizoram.
