Statutory text
-1 On and from the commencement of this Act, the Lushai Hills District (Revenue Assessment) Regulation, 1953 (Regulation No. 4 of 1953) as amended from time to time shall stand repealed : Provided that all actions taken or purported to be taken under the Lushai Hills District (Revenue Assessment) Regulation, 1953 shall be deemed to have been done under the provisions of this Act.
