THE MIZORAM SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES OF LEADER OF THE OPPOSITION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1991.

Short title and commencement

Definitions

AN ACT

to provide for the salary and allowances of the Leader of the Opposition in the Mizoram Lagislative Assembly and for matters connected therewith.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Mizoram in the Forty-Second Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be called the Mizoram Salary and Allowances of Leader of Opposition Act, 1991.

1. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the First of April, 1991.
