Chapter III PRISON ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation for Prisoners- The Government shall provide sufficient number of prisons and correctional institutions in Mizoram for accommodating the prisoners, which may be constructed and maintained in such manner so as to comply with the requirements of this Act.
