Necessary arrangements shall be made for providing her medical care and diet, as may be prescribed under the rules.

1. (1) Women prisoners may keep their children inside the prison until the child attains the age of six years.
2. (2) A child living with his mother in prison may be provided with healthcare and such other facilities, as may be prescribed under the rules.
