Statutory text
Section 11 of the Principal Act shall be substituted by the following, namely:- “11. Municipal authorities: The Municipal authorities charged with the responsibility of carrying out the provisions of this Act for each municipal area shall be- (a) The Board of Councillors (b) The Chairman, and (c) The Chief Executive Officer.
