Preamble

AN ACT to repeal the Mizoram Clinical & Health Establishment (Regulation) Act, 2007 (Act No. 8 of 2007). It is expedient to repeal the Mizoram Clinical & Health Establishment (Regulations) Act, 2007 as the Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 (Central Act No. 23 of 2010) is in existence. It is enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Mizoram in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows, namely :-
