The Mizoram Clinical & Health Establishment (Regulation)(Repeal) Act, 2015

This law officially ends the Mizoram Clinical & Health Establishment (Regulation) Act of 2007 because a central law, the Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) Act of 2010, is already in effect. By repealing the state law, the state aligns with the national framework. However, the law ensures that any work or decisions already made under the old 2007 law remain valid, simply treated as if they were made under the new central law.
