- (1) This Act may be called the Gauripur (Gholla) Zamindars Annuity Rights Abolition and Extinguishment Act, 1979.
- (2) It shall come into force at once.
- (3) It shall apply to the Gauripur (Gholla) Estate in the West Garo Hills District.
